Shipping your parcel
Salut.Salut undertakes to ship parcels within 2 working days after receipt of payment - excluding public holidays and summer closures.
Parcels are shipped via Colissimo 48h with a tracking number and delivered without signature. You can check the progress of your delivery at any time on the dedicated site or through our site.
LShipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Salut.Salut pays for the delivery costs of all Colissimo orders in France.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, end-of-year, or summer holidays.
Returns & Exchanges
Any Customer may request to return an item within 14 days from the date of the order. The cost of returning any shipped orders is the responsibility of the Customer.
Returned products must be intact, unopened and in their original packaging. The Customer must include the product, the relevant order number of the return and the product name of the return with their shipment.

To return the product, we advise you to choose a dispatch method with a tracking number. We will not accept any claims without a tracking number. In addition, so we can process your return as quickly as possible, we advise you to let us know you intend to make a return by emailing us at [email protected]
If the item is declined by us, it is returned to the Customer at our expense and the Customer will not be able to make any claim for compensation whatsoever. If the return is not declared by the Customer, a credit note is automatically created and sent to the customer.
