The Publisher undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of personal information and data provided by Users. Any provision of personal and information and data by the User to the Site implies acceptance by the latter of the Data Protection Policy described below. This Data Protection Policy applies to all personal data provided by Users on the Site.
1 – Information gathered by the Publisher and the recipients of this data
The Publisher may gather, save and use personal information of the following nature:
a) information on the User’s computer and on their visits to the Site (including the IP address, geographic location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and browsing on the Site)
b) all information that the User communicates to the Publisher via the site contact form/Information regarding an order. Recipients of the information gathered by the Publisher are the persons in charge of the marketing department, the sales department, the departments responsible for processing the customer/order relationship, administrative departments, IT departments and their line managers.
2 – Cookies
A cookie is a text file which, subject to the choices expressed by the User, is sent and temporarily saved be a web server in a dedicated space on the hard drive of the User’s device (hereinafter ‘Cookie’). A Cookie allows its issuer to identify the browser of the User’s device during the validity period of the Cookie in question. Only the Cookie issuer can read and modify information contained in the Cookie.
When a User visits the Site, the Publisher may need to, subject to the choices made by the User resulting from the parameters of the browser software used during their visit to the Site, to install various Cookies on the device (computer, Smartphone, tablet etc).
2.1 – Cookies issued by the Publisher

2.2 – Audience measurement issued by Google

2.3 – Management of Cookies by Users

3 – Data Security

Personal data processed by the Publisher are stored in accordance with data protection regulations and according to the duration of the legal limitations period. So, for example,

- Data relating to prospects/contact is stored from the last business contact
- Data relating to the processing of orders
The Publisher makes every reasonable effort to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site but reserves the right to modify the content at any time, without notice. It is the responsibility of the User to verify the accuracy of the information by additional means, and, in particular, by making direct contact with the Publisher.
According, the Publisher assumes no liability arising from:
- any inaccuracy or omission in the Site content
- any Site inaccessibility
- any occurrence of a bug
- any errors relating to the content available on the Site
- any damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party causing changes to the information contained on the Site
- any harm or damage caused by unauthorised or unlawful changes made to the content of the Site
- more generally, any harm or damage, direct or indirect, regardless of the cause, origin, nature or consequence, resulting from the access or inability to access the service and/or use of the information available directly or indirectly on the Site.
Changes in the Terms & Conditions
The Publisher reserves the right to modify, at any time, without notice, these Conditions to adapt to changes in the Site and/or its operation. The Publisher will make every effort to inform Users of these changes by means of a special message on the Site.
Design & Implementation
The Site and the Terms & Conditions are governed by French law regardless of the place of use. In the event of any dispute, and after the failure of any attempt to find an amicable solution, French courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear this dispute.
